My dog gets sandy from beach walks. How often should they be groomed?
For dogs with regular beach access, every 4 to 6 weeks is ideal. Sand works into the coat and causes matting if left too long, especially in longer-coated breeds. Salt also dries out the skin over time.
How long does a session take?
Between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on breed and coat condition. We go at your pet’s pace, not a timer.
What products do you use?
Plant-based, skin-safe products with no sulfates or parabens. Salt and sun already stress coat and skin — we don’t add to it.
Can I watch the session?
Yes. You’re welcome to observe from outside the van, or we’ll keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout.

We use gentle, skin-safe, and plant-based products whenever possible. We avoid harsh chemicals and cheap shampoos that can irritate skin or overwhelm your pet with strong scents. If your pet has a specific skin condition, we can also use vet-recommended products provided by you.

No. We never force a pet through fear or physical pressure.If a pet is uncomfortable, we slow down, take breaks, or stop the session if needed. Our priority is your pet’s emotional safety not finishing a groom at any cost.
Yes, of course. Pet parents are always welcome to observe the grooming session. Watching how we handle your pet helps build trust and many pets feel calmer when their owner is nearby. If you prefer, we can also provide access through our mobile app so you can monitor the session remotely, once a simple consent form is completed.
