We’re not the fastest and we’re not the cheapest, and that’s intentional. Five Fur is special because we choose gentleness over speed and care over shortcuts. We use quality products, handle pets with patience, and always put their comfort first. Because a calm pet matters more than a perfect haircut.
How can I schedule an appointment?
Booking is easy! You can schedule your pet’s grooming session online or simply message us on WhatsApp — whichever works best for you.
Which pets do you groom?
We groom dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and guinea pigs — because every furry (or feathered) friend deserves a little pampering.
My pet has sensitive skin. Do you have products for that?
Yes, we do. We use gentle, high-quality grooming products and can tailor our service for pets with sensitive skin. Just let us know during booking, and we’ll take extra care.
Do you use chemical shampoos?
We use gentle, skin-safe, and plant-based products whenever possible. We avoid harsh chemicals and cheap shampoos that can irritate skin or overwhelm your pet with strong scents. If your pet has a specific skin condition, we can also use vet-recommended products provided by you.
What if my pet is anxious?
That’s exactly why Five Fur exists. We work patiently with anxious and sensitive pets using calm handling and one-on-one grooming. We follow your pet’s pace, not a timer, and we never rush them through stress.
Does Five Fur service my area?
We’re currently serving all areas across Dubai and Sharjah. Just share your location, and we’ll be on our way!
Do you force pets if they don’t cooperate?
No. We never force a pet through fear or physical pressure.If a pet is uncomfortable, we slow down, take breaks, or stop the session if needed. Our priority is your pet’s emotional safety not finishing a groom at any cost.
Can I watch the grooming?
Yes, of course. Pet parents are always welcome to observe the grooming session. Watching how we handle your pet helps build trust and many pets feel calmer when their owner is nearby. If you prefer, we can also provide access through our mobile app so you can monitor the session remotely, once a simple consent form is completed.
