At Five Fur, every appointment is reserved with a dedicated groomer, driver, grooming van, travel time, and preparation for your pet. Because we are a mobile grooming service, last-minute cancellations affect our team schedule and also prevent another pet parent from booking that slot.
To keep things fair for everyone, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies to all bookings.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you inform us more than 8 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled less than 8 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of AED 60 may apply.
If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled less than 2 hours before the appointment, 50% of the booked service value may be charged.
A no-show means our team arrives for the appointment but the service cannot be completed because:
In case of a no-show, 100% of the booked service value may be charged.
As a mobile grooming service, our schedule depends on route planning and travel time. If there is a delay in accessing the pet, building, villa, parking area, or community gate, our team will try their best to wait when possible.
However, if the delay affects the next appointment or makes the service impossible to complete, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
We understand that emergencies happen. This policy is not meant to punish clients. It exists because each appointment blocks a real grooming slot, van schedule, staff time, fuel, and travel route.
We will always try to be reasonable, especially in genuine emergency situations.
