Most groomers in Dubai are running eight to twelve dogs a day. Yours is in and out in under an hour, bathed with whatever bulk shampoo is on the shelf, blow-dried on high heat, and handed back smelling like a chemical factory. It gets the job done. Until it doesn’t.

My dog hates the car. Will mobile grooming actually help?
Almost certainly yes. Most grooming anxiety starts before the grooming even begins — in the car, on the drive, in the waiting area. Remove those triggers and most dogs are significantly calmer. We set up outside your villa and your dog stays on familiar ground the whole time.
How long does a grooming session take?
Between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on breed, coat condition, and temperament. We don’t clock-watch. If your pet needs a break, we take one.
What products do you use?
Plant-based, skin-safe products with no sulfates, parabens, or harsh fragrances. If your pet has a sensitivity or skin condition, let us know at booking and we’ll adjust.
Can I be nearby during the session?
Yes. You can watch from outside the van, or we’ll send you WhatsApp updates throughout so you know exactly what’s happening.
Do you groom cats and small pets in Arabian Ranches too?
Yes — dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and guinea pigs. All at your home, one pet at a time.

We use gentle, skin-safe, and plant-based products whenever possible. We avoid harsh chemicals and cheap shampoos that can irritate skin or overwhelm your pet with strong scents. If your pet has a specific skin condition, we can also use vet-recommended products provided by you.

No. We never force a pet through fear or physical pressure.If a pet is uncomfortable, we slow down, take breaks, or stop the session if needed. Our priority is your pet’s emotional safety not finishing a groom at any cost.
Yes, of course. Pet parents are always welcome to observe the grooming session. Watching how we handle your pet helps build trust and many pets feel calmer when their owner is nearby. If you prefer, we can also provide access through our mobile app so you can monitor the session remotely, once a simple consent form is completed.
