By booking an appointment or using the services of Five Fur Domestic Pets Grooming L.L.C S.O.C ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before the appointment.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Pet Behavior and Safety

Owners must inform us of any behavioral or medical issues in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk.
If grooming cannot be completed due to aggression or distress,
charges may still apply.

Grooming Process

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share your information with:

Our groomers follow professional standards and safety protocols.
Minor nicks or irritation may occur, especially in matted or sensitive pets.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or issues arising from undisclosed medical or behavioral problems.

Payment and Refunds

Full payment is due at the time of service.
Refunds are not offered for completed services unless there is proven negligence.

Liability

We take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, but we are not liable for unforeseeable accidents, natural behavior responses, or events beyond our control.

Consent

By handing over your pet, you consent to our grooming process and policies.
